To participate you would enter into a sales and purchase agreement by
providing a loan to Nobilo Wines secured by a bottle or bottles of the
brandy, which will be held by Nobilo Wines in a secure lockup. You can
purchase up to 10 bottles of the 60 available via this Offer. A purchase
of 10 bottles will give the investor one for free.
The maximum term of your loan would be 12 months. On the sale of those
bottles of brandy by Nobilo Wines, your loan or loans provided at $4,500
per bottle, would be repaid to you at $9,000 per bottle, GST exclusive.
Note the investors’ brandy will be sold first.
The Sale of the Brandy will be partnered with Webb’s Auction House by
way of their website. It is about to be offered globally and the entire
collection of only 600 bottles will be sold at the full price of $9,000
per bottle.
