My first introduction to Steve Torso, the Managing Director of Wholesale Investor was in October 2013 via a
contact I had in NZTE in Australia.
Much has developed with both TBK Capital and WI since then, and the latter is

Background

in WI Capital to its Shareholders and Subscribers, and TBK Capital has been

The proceeds of the offer will be used to invest in expanding their product

The likely exit for investors will be via a Listing on a suitable exchange over
